REPORT ON THE HONG KONG VOLUNTEER CORPS.
for the year April lat 1915 to March 31st 1916.
1. Numbera
On April 1st 1915 the total strength of the Corps was 536 and
on March 31st 1916 it was 652.
During the past year 8 members were struck off the strength having left the Colony:6 died;47 resigned on leaving the Colony and 13 in the Colony & 6 members were transferred to the E. K. Police Reserves. 197 new members were enrolled. Table I shows
the state on April 1st 1916.

Table II shows the Annual strength on 31st March each year, total expenditure on the Corps and the cost per head for the
years 1910 to 1915
