In accordance with the request contained in your Confidential Despatch of the 1st February, I have the honour to transmit the enclosed list of the names and part- -iculars of the Indians mentioned in my Confidentail Despatch

of the 13th August last, together with a list of the names of
the Indians mentioned in my Confidential Despatch of the 9th (not 19th) of September last.

I regret that I have not particulars to identify
the men in the latter list. They could however no doubt be
obtained from the Indian Goverment since Nawab Khan figured
in the Lahore Conspiracy Case.

The Indian who used to visit the German Consul
at Swatow is Haroon Omar referred to in my Confidential Des-
-patch of the 22nd September last.
