The furniture and other effects intended to be included in this Agreement are set out in a list signed by the said Franz Emil Ehrhardt and Oswald Muller and by Mr. Munton and marked "B" in the Schedule to the said Agreement dated Ninth April One thousand nine hundred and fifteen annexed hereto. 4. The book debts intended to be included in this Agreement are set out in a list signed by Franz Emil Ehrhardt and Oswald Miller and marked "C" in the Schedule to the said Agreement dated Ninth April One thousand nine hundred and fifteen annexed hereto.

The consideration for the said sale shall be Seventy six thousand Dollars Hongkong Currency which shall be satis- fied as to Two thousand Dollars by crediting as paid-up the two shares which by the Company's Memorandum of Association the Subscribers thereto (including Mr. Munton) have agreed to take up and as to the balance Seventy four thousand Dollars by the allotment to Mr. Munton of the remaining Seventy four shares in the Company's capital such shares to be deemed for all purposes fully paid up.

The purchase shall be completed on the Twenty-eight day of June One thousand nine hundred and fifteen and thereupon Mr. Munton shall transfer to the Company the stock- in-trade goods chattels monies credits debts notes and things in action and the said undertaking business and goodwill mentioned and set forth in the said Agreement of the Ninth April One thousand nine hundred and fifteen and in the Schedules thereto free from encumbrances.
7. The Company shall cause this Agreement to be duly filed with the Registrar of Companies pursuant to Section 88 of the Companies' Ordinance 1911.
