Your telegram 27th March. Army Council say that hospital mentioned is now established at 37 Bryanston Square and that cost of upkeep is about £75 a week. Army Council regret that it is impracticable either to hand over the whole to Hongkong to support or to divide it but Sir David Henderson would be glad that his Committee should be increased by two members nominated by Hongkong and the Army Council hope that

the War Charities Committee will find this acceptable.
