Referring to your Despatch No. 47 of the 18th. February, I have the honour to state that Mr. Schellhass, Mr. Fuhrmann and Mr. Melchers were sent away from the Colony in October, 1914.

Mr. Schellhass is at the present time residing in Shanghai and the two last-named, when last heard of, were in Germany.
