With reference to Your Excellency's letter No. 15 of the 7th. February, 1915, I have the honour to inform you that Mr. T. H. King, Assistant Superintendent of Police in this Colony,

will proceed to Macao on Monday the 28th. February, 1916, and I shall be glad if you would be so good as to delegate an officer of

Your Excellency's Government to meet him. I understand that Mr.

Tang Kam Tsai, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Canton, will also

be at Macao on the same date,
