the 26th. of July last, I have the honour to inform you that na

-Conten Railwayu, I have the honour to invoke Your Bresllmcy's
good offices in bringing te the serious attention of the Chinese
Government the junction of these two railways by means of the loop-
-line which has been formerly under consider tion and which the
Chinese Government has on more than one scansion approvod.

concerned.
