Referring to your Despatch No. 105 of the 16th.

April, 1913, I have the honour to recommend that an honorarium of £200 should now be paid to Mr. R. Baker in respect of his work upon

the Railway Terminal Station.

The buildings are now practically completed,

and the Manager sperks in the highest terms of Mr. Baker's services

in connection with their construction.
