In future candidates for temporary commissions
will be considered on condition that they enlist in ranks
with a view to undergoing course of instructions at a
Cadet School and subsequent examination as to fitness for appointment. Candidates who fail to pass prescribed examination will be required to serve in ranks under
condition of their attestion. In these circumstances you
should not nominate further candidates for commissions.
