above enumerated and that the Crown should grant to your Petitioner new crown Leases of the same and accordingly new Grow Leases of unguem Marine Lot No.1 and Kowloon Marine Lot ho.27 for terms of 999 years each have been granted to your Petitioner.

THAT it is intended that upon the surrender by your Petitioner of the Crown Leases of hungnom Inland' Lots Nos.13

to 23, öl to 71 that the areas comprised therein as adjusted anall be nereafter included in one Lot to be known as Hunghom Inland Lot No.250 and a Crown Lease thereof be granted to your Petitioner for a term of 75 years from the 8th July 1884. That

on a Surrender by your Fetitioner of the Crown Lease of Hunghom

inland Lot No.24 a new Crown Lease thereof be granted to your

Petitioner for a term of 75 years from the 9th October 1899

and twat so so on as the area has been reclaimed in accordance

with the Conditions of Sale of hungnom Larine Lot No.3 a Crown

Lease thereof be granted to your Petitioner for a term of 99

years from the 24th December 1906 with such right of renewal

for a further term of 99 years as aforesaid.

THAT in view of tue importance of the business of your

Petitioner to his Majesty's Navy the Shipping community of the

Colony of Hong Kong and the public generally in the Far East

and of the money expended in the development and improvement

of the properties before mentioned your Petitioner is desirous

that the term of each of the new Crow Leases of Hung Hom

Inland Lot No.256, Hung Hom Inland Lot No.24 and llung Hom

Karine Lot No.3 be extended to 999 years from the respective

dates upon which such terms originally commenced.
