to H.B.M.Consul-General at Batavia all cases of arms and
munitions of war that arrive in the Colony in transit to ot for transhipment to Dutch East Indies.
He will find out from Dutch Colonial Authorities whether consignments should go on and inform you according- ly. Until his reply is received goods should not be per- mitted to proceed.
