I am not sure if you are aware that
Hong Kong has been very slow in taking steps regarding
the internment etc., of Germans.
It is only lately that they have been
expelled from the various clubs.
Our Governor's wife is German, our Postmaster is German and there is still a German in charge of the Peak and Grand Hotels, please why are they still allowed to carry on business where
every possible information can be obtained?
Letters have been written home before
on the above subject, but nothing appears to have been done. This is certainly not playing the game
towards Britishers.
