WE are the present sole Directors of Sanders Rehders & Company Limited a Private Company duly incorporated under the Companies Acts 1862 to 1900 having its Registered Address
situate at 108 Fenchurch Street in the City of London.
OUR said Company and Messrs. Reuter Brockelmann & Co. of Hongkong and elsewhere recently held jointly the Agency of the Texas Company of New York and Port Arthur (Texas) in the
United States of America for the sale of their Petroleum
products in certain territories of China. This Agency has
now been absolutely determined and so far as we are aware there exists no agreement or understanding by which the said
firm of Reuter Brockelmann & Co. or Mr. Hakon Schluter retain
any interest in the said Agency nor are we aware of any grounds upon which the said firm or Mr. Hakon Schluter could
be justified in expecting to derive any benefit from it.
AND we make this solemn declaration conscientiously
believing the same to be true and by virtue of the Statutory
Declarations Act 1835.
