The Proclamation of 25th of June had nothing to do with firms on British Territory and these inquiries appear to result from no misunderstanding out of effect neither the China or Siam Black List Wan Trade Who's who Contra... are things apart. These firms they are not being enemy firms Liquidated.
I should reply that the proclamation and restricted trade with firms in this country was named and it does not affect firms in British Territory.
They are on the Black List Who's Who.
