Nippon Yusen Kaishe, in order that they may obtain delivery of these goods from the German steamer and arrange for their re-shipment to the British Port of Hongkong.

As we understand that it is necessary to prove Owner-

ship of goods ex meny Steamers before delivery of same can be obtained in a British port, we desire to submit documents to you which will satisfy you that we are bona-fide owners of the goods and, as such, entitled to have them delivered to our order in the port of Hongkong.

We should be very much obliged if you would, after having so satisfied yourself, transmit to the officials at Hongkong a certificate to that effect, in order that on the arrival of the goods at their destination delivery may be obtained without any difficulty.

We beg to enclose herewith the following documents: - 2Certificates from Messrs. The Nippon Yusen Kaisha in lieu
