COMMUNICATIONE-THOS. SCOTT. SECRETARY.

The Under Secretary of State,

Colonial Office,

LONDON.

Dear Sir,

S.W.

Tower Building, 22, Water Street.

Liverpool.

30th July 1915.

27596/15

I am in receipt of your communication of yesterday's

date with regard to the case of Mr. S. A. Neville, and beg to

confirm my wire in reply, as per copy herein.

Please refer to my letter of the 15th ultimo.

Mr. Neville's journey to Liverpool at the present

Junoture would be quite an unnecessary procedure.

My Committee have no Meetings until September and

assuming that he is eligible for admission and there is a

vacancy available, some time must necessarily elapse and certain formalities be complied with before he can be seen and dealt

with.
