Conferences have been held in BEREIN last week Be work in CHINA. Though no details are as yet available drafts upon American tanks are being prepared for 14 persons who are going to the U.5.A. A man called WEISS enquired at the Deutsche bank in BERLIN and made a remark about going to INDIA and wanted names of banks in RANGOON, CALCUTTA, DACCA, AGRA and BENARES. Beyond this nothing was said.
