The Director of the Commercial Intelligence Branch of the Board of Trade presents his compli- ments to the Chief Clerk of the Colonial Office,
and begs to enclose a copy of a letter which has been received here from Tootal Broadhurst Lee Co.,
Ltd., of Manchester.
The Director would be glad to receive any in-
formation available on the subject referred to there-
in, and also, at the same time, particulars in
regard to enemy firms in Hong Kong whose businesses
have been suspended by the local government authorities.
