Whenever it is permitted to obtain opium for the
Opium Konopoly of Hongkong from other places in India than
Calcutta the same permission, within the limits fired, will
be extended to the Uplum Farmer of acao, and the 1tter ill
also be permitted to purchase opium in ny 1 ce jodi mated
by the uovernment of India, when, oy whatsoever circumstances
or in case of force majeure, it is not wousible to bowin_un
necessary supply in Calcutta, piu: 80 purciaste Bill Le
exported from such port as the uovagment of miia may
desi mate.
6.
For the purposes of paragraphs 2 and 3 above, the year
will be taken as running from the 16th to the 15th June.
