With reference to the subject named in rargin and attached letter with enclosures from the Home Office, I beg to report having called at the Offices of Messrs. Eastwood & Holt, Produce Brokers, Dunster House, Mincing Lane, E.C., where I was informed by Mr. Arthur Frederick Owen Holt, Bipers Hill, Byfleet, Surrey, that he and Mr. Frank Bruce Erstwood, High Clandon, Guildford, Surrey, both British subjects are the only members of the firm, and all their staff are also British.

Mr. Holt informs me that Nr. ...A. Hennibal,
a British subject, was some gears 0-0, assistant
to Charles Lyall Grant, who was then Hanaging Director to a concern called London Oriental
Arency, whose address was the Offices of Eastwood
& Holt.
Charles Lyall Grant left and W.A. Hannibal
succeeded him and subse uently took over the
business of the London Oriental Agency and
traded as L.A. Hannibal & Co.
