I am directed by Mr Secretary McKenna to
forward herewith, to be laid before Mr Secretary
Harcourt, for the favour of his observations
thereon, a copy of a letter with enclosures, from the
Board of Customs and Excise, relative to a consignment
of 13 cases of Umbrella frames of German origin.
