like Peru being involved the reparation to which they are entitled by virtue of the above agreement will not be refus-
ed.
I am confirmed in this belief by the high spirit of
justice with which H.B.M.Government are inspired and the
relations of cordial friendship which have existed between
our two countries for so many years.
