Dear Sir Maurice de Bunsen,
With reference to cur recent conversation: I transmit
to you the communication arranged.
In view of the precise infomation which I gave you in regard to the origin of the incident it seems unneces- sary to repeat the details, especially es in any case there was no right to enter the consulate and search the official
archives which are inviolate.
i have no doubt that you will investigate this matter with your usual benevolence.
