China Companies urder in Council has now been approved
by Law Officers and will be passed as soon as possible.
I should like to insert January 1st, 1916 in Art. 19.as
the date on which the Order will come into 'force. Please
consult H.L. Consul General at Shanghai and H. k. Judge
and report by telegraph whether this will give sufficient
time to make the necessary arrangements.
I will telegraph shortly as to the consular officials
who will perform the duties of the Registry and their a
additional emoluments for this work.
