Allow me to ask your kind assistance to get perni from the British Government to ship the above mentioned labels from Rotterdam to Hong Kong.
You have known me for years and know that I am of E nationality, and that I am the owner of the oiger factor tablished at Hong Kong under the style of :- The Orient Tobacco Manufactúry 0. Ingenohl.
To supply this factory I signed contracte for large, quantities of labels for cigar boxes with a German lithog jag early as the third December 1913 and fourth May 1914.7 labels were to be delivered in such quantities BCÀ business demanded.
My Hong Kong-factory has for some time been if urgo. of the above naged labels, as since the beginning 115 I nu not been able to ship goods of German origin to Hog Kong -
