Messrs. Charles Rayner and Alfred Richter are
already known to this Department as "fences" and so
also is kr. Hannibal who acts for Wendt and Company.
Cargo should not be accepted by British ships from
there firms or from "Kahl" whose name has now been
noted.
In regard to Messrs. H.E. Arnhold, I am to
inform you that the case of this firm has received
careful consideration. It has ultimately been
decided that they should not only completely sever all connection with Messrs. Arnhold Karberg and
Company, but enter into a band not to re-establish
that connection after the war They have further
been required to dismies all thir German employé B
and to accept the appointment of supervisor, to
