On arrival of the Bills of Lading it has been
found that the name of consignees has been given as
"American Metal Products and Company. Our Hongkong
house obtained the consignees' name from the Governor
of Hongkong but some clerical error has been made either
by our Hongkong house or the Governor. The Consignees
should be "American Metal Company, Limited" and we shall
be glad if you can arrange with the British Consul in
BALE DES STAN

New York that the material is consigned to this firm.
We should like to point out that in the application
for the licence by Hessrs. H.R. Merton and Company, the
consignees were given as "American Metal Company, Limited.
