An Ordinance to amend the law relating to
companies.
Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Ordinance muy by cited as the Companies Short title Ordinance, 1915, and shall be read and construed as one Constraction, with the Companies Ordinances, 1911 and 1913, and the said Ordinances stud this Ordinance may be rited together
as the Companies Ordinances, 1911-1915,

Definitions,
"British Company means a company incorporated in British the United Kingdom, or in the Colony, or in any other Company", British possession, and incluules a China Company and a Hongkong China Company.
