Sir:-
I have to request you to forward to the Governmert
of Hongkong a list of persons coming from the colony
who have been registered in your Consulate as British
subjects together with a description of the document
on which such registration was effected. You should
also continue to forward a similar list of registrat-
ions to the Government of Hongkong every month in the
future.
