instant relative to the exportation of hides from Hong
Kong to Holland, I am directed by Secretary Sir E. Grey
to inform you that as hides are on the Dutch prohibited
list, he has no objection to this shipment, provided the
hides in question are consigned to the Netherlands Over-
sea Trust.
