Gentlemen,
With reference to our letter of the 17th of
June regarding the estate of the late ir J.Rose, I have
to inform you that we have been advised by the Government
of Hong Kong that a difficulty has arisen in connection with the local administration as the deceased appears
to have married twice, the second time under the
impression that his first wife was dead. We are also
informed that claine have been made on behalf of both
women and a decision has not yet been arrived at.
