In continuation of my Confidendal Despatch of
the 11th. ultimo, I have the honour to transail the enclosed copies of Memorandu received from his Britanic Majesty's Consul-Galeral at San Francisco concerning Jaggit (or Jagajit) Sinji and H. E.
Pandian.

Settlements, His majesty's Minister, Bangkok, and the General Officer Commanding in this Colony.
