All Chinese newspapers passing through the General Post Office are subject to censorship.

Porcels.
The Parcel bills are scrutinized aid suspicious parcels are opened. A watch is kept on inward parcels to see that the Parcel post is not made use of in furtherance of enemy trade.
Outward parcels to countries other than Britian or Allied countries are only accepted if accompanied by the necessary export permit. All enemy trade samples are stopped.
