An Ordinance to amend further the Trading with the
Enemy Ordinance, 1914.

The principal object of this Ordinance is to introduce the provisions of the Trading with the Enemy Amendment Act, 1915, 5 and 6 Geo, V, chap. 79. It also makes certain other minor
anendments in the law.
Sections 2 and 3 are meant to meet the point referred to the fourth paragraph of my Report on the Trading with the Enemy Second Amendment ordinance, 1915. The law on this point is
now the same as the law in the United Kingdom.
Clause 4 is taken from the Trading with the Enemy Amendment
Act, 1914, 5 and 6 Geo. V,cap.12.
Clauses 5, 6 and 7 are taken from the Trading with the Enemy Amendment Act, 1915.
In my opinion this is an Ordinance to which His Excellency the Governor may properly assent in the name of His Majesty and on His behalf,
Attorney General.
