-neous of the 21st. August and the 30th. September, I have the honour to report that Messrs. A. G. Kidston and Company duly com- -plied with the instructions issued to them by the Board of Tradə regarding the shipment of window glass from Belgian territory, and their consignment was accordingly admitted into the Colony.

A further consignment of 385 cases of Belgim window glass, shipped by Messrs. Alexander Young (London) Limited of 60, Fenchurch Street to Messrs. Chun Loong of Hongkong, has also been admitted into the Colony, the parties having complied
with all the conditions prescribed.

Lessrs. Shewan Tomes and Company have not as
yat made any application to this Government in the matter of the
glass referred to in your Despatch No. 269 of the 15th. October.
