GOVERNMENT HOUSE,

HONGKONG, 30th. November, 1915.

I have the honour to transit for your informa-

-tion copies of a series of pamphlets which have passed through the Post Office addressed to various persons in Canton. I regret that

it has not been possible to obtain these pamphlets complete in all

the languages in which it has been published but it is know that

the English, German, Spanien. French, Italian, Portuguese and Norwegian languages have been used.

These pamphlets have been intercepted and destroyed by the Censors in all cases where they have come to notice in transit through the Hongkong Post Office but it is probable that many have reached the various Ports in China through other sources.

I have the honour to be,

Sir,

Your most obedient,

humble servant,

Oma
