Oil exporting paraffin wax and candles to China, Japan and Philippine Islands on terms as laid down in my tele- gram of 27th May. Asiatic Petroleum Co. state that they propose to supply only China and Formosa from Hongkong and arrangements have been approved for their supplying Jagan and Philippine Islands from Singapore.
