(D) That the exportation of the following goods be prohibited to Spain, for a period of one year from the date hereof:
All oleaginous nuts, seeds, kernels and products; All vegetable oils.
(E.) That the exportation of all goods from this Colony to Bulgaria be prohibited for a period of one year from the date hereof.

prohibition of exportation applying only to foreign ports
in Europe. You may issue similar proclamation. Care should
be taken to see that in the case of all shipments to Italy
Italian destination is clearly indicated in Bills of
Lading and manifests.
