get it fined. If the fine or fines exceed $500, and the Company før a period of two months neglects to pay the same it falls within Section 131 and a Petition for winding it up may be pre-
-sented against yum it, or if execution is issued on the Order for payment of the fine and such execution is returned m-
-satisfied in whole or in part, as no doubt it would be as the
Company would refuse to allow any officer of the Court on its premises, then the Company falls at once within Section 131, and a winding up Petition can be presented.
I am of opinion, therefore, that these two
Companies could be wound up. The only practical good in winding them up would be that British subjects would be unable to do
business with them. It would be as well to make enquiries if British subjects are doing business with them now: the British Chamber of Commerce could answer this question.
