In continuation of my Despatch lo. 308 of the 14th. September, I have the honour to report that I have with the advice of the Executive Council banished from the Colony for a period of five years a man named Wong Fuk, bom in this Colony of parents neither of whom was a Britisa subject. Wong Fuk has not obtained a certifice of his British birth and he is not register- -ed at a British Consulate in China as a person entitled to Britisk protection in China.

This man is an habitual criminal, having been ten times convicted of various offences.
