September 17th. Beard of Trade state that 0.H.Arnhold
complains that telegraphic communication with brother at shanghai has been stopped. Messrs. H.B.Arnhold firm formed of English partners of Arnhold Karberg and including two persons named have been resegnised as a British firm. In
these circumstances ordinary ecommercial correspondence of
fimm should not be interrupted.
