From there Neazi Bey made his way by junk and overland to Canton and Swatow. He left Swatow early in the year apparently for North China and has not been located since. Mr. King ascertained, with the assistance of His Majesty's Consul, that Haroon had for some time past been in the habit of receiving and lodging in his house seditious Indians from America, who being afraid to pass through Hongkong were taking the Swatow, Bangkok Burma route to India; and he also established the fact that Haroon paid constant visits to the German Consul.
