The Under Secretary of State for the Colonies presents his compliments to the Director of Military Operations and with reference to the
Colonial Office note of the 14th September, is
directed to transmit a copy of a despatch from the
Governor of Hong Kong regarding anti-British
propaganda in the Colony.
Copies are also being sent to the Foreign
Office and the India Office.
