It is suggested by the Tar Office that members of
German firms who have been deported from Hongkong may be in close
touch with German agents if not acting as such themselves, and
that former employees of German firms are being used or at least approached for the purpose of disseminating sedition.
I presume that you are taking such steps as are
necessary to deal with this.
