An Ordinance to amend the law relating to

companies.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, as follows:-

1. This Onlinance may by cited as the Companies Short title Ordinance, 1915, and shall be read and construed as one and with the Companies Ordinances, 1911 and 1933, and the Construction. said Ordinances and this Ordinance may be cited together

as the Companies Ordinances, 1911-1913.

2. In this Ordinance,—

Definitions.

"British Company means a company incorporated in British the United Kingdom, or in the Colouy, or in any her Company. British possession, and includes a China Company and a Hongkong China Company.
