The Governor of Hong Kong to the
Secretary of State for the Colonies.

The Hong Kong Thampoa Dock Company desire and are in a position to supply to His Majesty's Government in large quantities the following parts of projectiles, namely cast iron shrapnel shells primers fuses and anything made of brass or copper pertaining to ammunition. If order were given this month they could begin to deliver in July. Price is guaranteed reasonable.
