An Ordinance to provide for the fees to be paid in this Colony in respect of various things and matters to be granted or done under the provisions of the British Nation ality and Status of Aliens Act, 1914.

Be it enacted by the Governor of Hongkong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, us follows:-

1. This Ordinance may be eited us the British Nation- Short title. ality and Status of Aliens (Fees) Ordinance, 1915.

Of the fee of $35 payable in respect of the grant of s certificate of naturalization, $10 shall be payable on the submission of the application for a certificate, and shall in no circumstances be returned; and the remaining $25 shall be payable on the receipt of the decision to grant s certificate.
