Arrangements have been made by which consignments

of tin destined for United States may be shipped to any of

usual ports of discharge on Atlantic and Pacific coasts

instead of only New York and San prancisco. Bills of Led-

ing must be still draw to order of British Consul General

New York for Atlantic Ports and British Consul-General Sen
