applies for permission for Mitsui and Company
Hong Kong Branch to ship to their Yokohama office
150 tons spelter for local galvanizing works. He is satisfied with guarantees offered. Also for permission
for the same firm ship 10 tons antimony to Kitsui Osaka for ultimate export to Russia. Would be glad if you will approve.
