Sir,

I have the honour to report, in accordance

with Section 4(12) of the Deportation Ordinance, 1912, as amended

by the Deportation Ordinances of 1913 and 1914, that I have with

the advice of the Executive Council banished from the Colony for a

period of 10 years Sun Sau-pak, born in the New Territories of

parents neither of whom was a British subject. Sun Sau-pak has not

obtained a Certificate of his British birth, and he is not

registered at a British Consulate in China as a person entitled to

British protection in China.

2.

This man has, since the year 1895, been

imprisoned for various offences on seven separate occasions, his

sentences aggregating a total of five years and three months. He

admits that he has no occupation.
